Something not working, a listing showing the wrong day count, or an idea for what should come next? Leave us a message — a real person reads every one.
This is an early beta, so replies come from a small team — usually within a day or two.
If day counts look wrong or missing
There is a faster path than email, and it sends us exactly what we need to fix it:
1. On the Zillow search page, open the filter panel and click Having an issue?
2. Click Try refresh detection. This pulls fresh detection rules and re-scans the page — it fixes most cases on its own.
3. If it still looks wrong, type what you saw in the box and click Report issue.
That report carries the technical details of what the extension found on the page — detection counts and the names of the data fields present. It never includes addresses, prices, or any listing data. See the privacy policy for exactly what is and isn't sent.
Common questions
Some listings show no day count. Why?
The extension reads data Zillow has already put on the page. A few listings don't carry a day count there. Rather than guess, the extension marks them as unknown — and you can hide them with the Hide unknown DOM listings checkbox.
The panel isn't showing up.
It only appears on search result pages. On a single listing page or a sold-listings search there is nothing to filter, so it stays out of the way. If you're on a search page and still don't see it, refresh once — Zillow sometimes rebuilds the page underneath the extension.
Can I filter a range instead of a minimum?
Yes. Click Range at the top of the panel and two boxes appear — a minimum and a maximum. Useful when you want, say, 60 to 120 days and want to skip listings that have been sitting far longer.
Does it work on sites other than Zillow?
Not yet. Zillow search result pages are what it supports today.
Does it collect my data?
No listing data, addresses, prices, or browsing history ever leaves your browser. Your filter settings are stored locally on your device. The only time anything is sent is when you click Report issue yourself. Full detail in the privacy policy.
